PI9200 series inverters of Powtran is high performance open loop vector inverter for controlling asynchronous AC induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Applying the most advanced sensorless vector control technology with keeps pace with the leading international technology and DSP control system. The product enhances its reliability to meet the requirement of environment adaptability, customized and industrialized design with more optimized functions, more flexible application and more stable performance. Technical features : 1. Compatible with various motors, can be widely used for driving asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. 2. Support V/F control, sensorless open loop vector control, sensor close loop vector control and torque control mode. a.) Excellent sensorless open loop vector control performance (1) Asynchronous Motor Starting torque: 0.5Hz/150% of rated torque Dynamic response: less than 20ms Speed ratio: 1:200 Steady speed accuracy: ±0.2% (2) Synchronous Motor Starting torque: 2.5 Hz/150% of rated torque Dynamic response: less than 40ms Speed ratio: 1:20 Steady speed accuracy: ±0.2% The current ,torque and spin speed waveforms when sudden loading or unloading in asynchronous motor open loop vector control mode with 0.5Hz running frequency and full load. b.) Excellent sensor close loop vector control 1. Support for kinds of encoder to establish close loop vector control . 2. Speed stabilizing accuracy ≤±0.2% 3. Torque control response ≤5 ms 4. Speed control range ,1: 1000 5. Support direct torque control. Suitable use for drawing and winding application. 3. Optimized V/F control The current, torque and spin speed waveforms when sudden loading or unloading in asynchronous motor V/F control mode with 2 Hz running frequency and full load. 4. Excellent performance on specific motors such as High speed spindle, Direct-control motor. The current waveforms in synchronous motor open loop vector control mode with 300Hz running frequency and full load as below . 5. Excellent fast current limit function to make really tripless operation. ( cycle to cycle current limit function ) Special design fast current limiting algorithm, reduce over current fault probability occur. Realize no trip in fluctuation load heavy load. 6. Multiple braking modes and instant stopping. (1) Dynamic braking with braking unit of braking resistor. Configure braking units below 18.5KW of PI9100 inverters. Available on the situation of big inertia and big braking torque and quick braking time. (2) DC braking No need to configure braking units and resistors . Available on the situation when start the running motor after braking and the situation when keep the moment output after braking to zero speed. Not available on the situation of big inertia load or instant stopping braking in high speed running. 7. Continuous running in instantaneous power off The inverter can keep running if the grid voltage drops and used in the situation with high requirement such as spinning and textile production line.
