Introduction: Quality control: After the high-voltage cable is processed, it is only a semi-finished product. It needs to pass strict inspection before it can be shipped out of the warehouse.
Introduction:
(1) Before product processing, it is necessary to ensure that the raw materials are inspected and qualified before entering the warehouse to prevent quality problems from the source
(2) Attention should be paid during the processing
First, whether the raw materials are used correctly, such as the wire withstand voltage, connector model, etc.
Second, the terminal crimping appearance meets the crimping specification, the tensile force value meets the requirements of Figure 3, and the terminal profile meets the requirements of Figure 4.
Third, the cut of the corrugated tube should be flush when cutting, and the cutting point of the corrugated tube should be at the peak position to ensure the dimensional accuracy during processing and reduce the wear of the corrugated tube mouth on the wire during use.
Fourth, the heat shrink tube should not be punctured, and the heat shrink position should be accurate.
Fifth, the content information of the printed label tube should be accurate and complete, and there should be no wrong tape or missing tape during processing.
Sixth, the connector should ensure that the tightening torque meets the processing requirements.
Seventh, check whether the resistance value between the shielding layer and the inner core meets the requirements.
Eighth, the test bench is used to check whether the circuit relationship is correct, whether the wiring harness withstands voltage standards, and whether the airtightness test meets the requirements.
Product application: The most common failure mode of high-voltage wiring harnesses is airtightness test failure and overlap between the shielding layer and the inner core terminal;
