Zibo XianHe Mechanical and Electrical Co.,Ltd, was reformed from Zibo Mining Bureau mechanical factory at 1999 which has more than 80 years history. Now the company belongs to Zibo mining Group Inc. which be listed in the national top 500 enterprises and the top 50 coal industries in China. The company is located in Zibo city, which is the industry center of Shandong province.It is one of the key manufacturing enterprises of coal mine machinery in east China. The company has 18 departments and more than 1200 workers including 320 various of high and middle degree professional technicians.
The main products consist of coal shearer machine, Belt Conveyer, Scraper Conveyer, mining electric substation, mining transformer, and stainless steel investment casting. We also produce and deal in large steel structure, riveting pieces and surface anti-corrosion engineering, installation of various large equipments in and on the mine, vourise types of machinery parts processing. Since the company’s restructuring in 1999, under the correct leading by Group Company's leadership and the concerned and supported by local government, we firmly rely on scientific and technological development to accelerate the pace of independent innovation and vigorously adjust the product structure, our company has been stepping to new stages. In 2005 we have invested 50 million yuan and requisitioned 40002 square meters in Hongshan Town in order to build new factory area, gradually formed the situation of varieties and series pattern of product, mainly produce "three-two electromechanical and stainless steel", and other products as auxiliary. The annual sales incomes leapped to 150 million yuan.
It has a good reputation by internal and external customers for its good quality and good sales service. The company passed ISO 9001:2000 certification and standardization conduct AA grade confirmation and 85 certificates of coalmine safety. The Market scope of our company covered 50 cities of 17 provinces, and the autonomous regions such as Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Guizhou etc,the products have been exported to the USA, Japan, Italy, Germany, Spain,and Turkey etc. Now the whole company has been on the stable situation of development for that the capacity of product, level of manege, company satute, market scope, and the total of economy of our enterprises got comprehensive upgrade.

In 2003, the housed headframe which was produced for Tangkou coalmine of Zibo mining Group Inc. is reputed “the Best of Asia”, the thin seam shearer which was developed by the company has been granted of a patent by the National Copyright Administration, and has been considerd as the templet in Shandong province by Shanxi Coal Bureau. In December, 2007, the belt converyor has been examined by the supervision and administration committee and the Quality System certification center of China, and then the company is reputed “one of the top ten powerful enterprise of China” .
