Detailed Description
1.Precharge phase: Charging machine sets up time delaying starting -up which is 7 seconds, after starting up, it goes to precharge phase first, when charging machine is setting up low current constant- current charge priority,charging current is 10A,charging time is 6 minutes,and it aims to activate battery;
2.Strong current phase: It goes to boosting phase which is constant current 30A after precharge
3.Constant voltage phase :It goes into constant voltage charge phase when the charging voltage rises to 30.5V, and the charging current is reducing gradually;
4.Low current phase : It goes into low current phase when the charging current falls to 9A,and the constant current is 9A to boost charging,charging voltage will rise a little,and the charging time is 60 minutes.
5.Impulse phase: It goes into impulse charging stage when the charging voltage rises to 31V,and it will get into impulse phase automatically if the charging voltage is short of 31V in 40 minutes,it fills for 5 seconds and stops for 5 seconds in order to supplement and maintain the battery;
6.Floating phase: It goes into floating phase automatically for 20 minutes after impulse charging, meanwhile, charging machine closes down automatically.
