1.Introduction of the furnace:

Applies in continuous production of bright quenching of Martensite stainless steel and bright annealing (solid solution) of Austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment, etc, being easy in operation and without industrial pollution.

2.Consist of the Furnace:

This device is mainly composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.

3.Application of the Furnace:

Wide scope of application: It is applicable for continuous production of bright quenching and bright annealing (solid solution) of stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment. With strip unwinding and rewinding mechanism, it can be applied in bright annealing in cold rolling industry of metal strips.

4.Furnace Main Feature:

The Furnace adopted heat resistance stainless steel belt for transmmiting workpiece,had protective atmosphere to prevent workpiece from being oxidated, and make sure the results surface bright,Non-oxidation,high consistency.

The hearth is made of high temperature resistant nickel alloy,to better control the wokrpiece processing temperature and prolong the hearth service life.
