Steel Belt Reduction Furnace

The reduction furnace can be used in mass production of metal powder such as iron powder, copper powder, cobalt powder, molybdenum powder, tungsten powder etc and oxalic acid cobalt, APT and other metal~salt’s calcining and reducing.

3. Structure
1. The main structure of this steel belt reduction furnace is composed of feeding section, reduction section, slow cooling section, cooling section, pull off section and electric control systems, etc.
2. The feeding section includes charging platform and entrance muffle. The charging platform is equipped with a charging car which can move side-toside to make sure the material lay on the steel belt evenly.The reduction furnace lining of the reduction section uses ultra energy saving structure. The insulating layer of the reduction furnace cover uses entire textile fiber blanket module, which are fixed on the steel board of the furnace cover by special method (commonly known as the ceiling structure). This structure has the advantages of good effect of heat insulation, low in energy storage, less in heat lost, excellent in thermal shock, convenient in overhaul etc, which greatly enhance the service life of the furnace lining.
3. The muffle is made by bending the heat~resisting stainless steel plate into ripple shape and welding. It uses a special strengthening structure according to the high temperature mechanics principle. A SiC board is put at the bottom to fit the thermal expansion. And it also installs a prestressed device, which can improve the service life greatly.
4. The enters discharge hole uses roller type seal or uses gas curtain , the textile fiber curtain seal .The sealing property is good, the gas consumption is small.
5. Composed by the transmission device and multistage stretching device, the steel belt’s running rate can be controlled by the frequency changer stepless speed regulation, demonstrating the running rate directly.
6. The heating temperature control unit table uses Japan (SHIMA) Corporation’s intelligence temperature control unit.
7. This instrument has arranged self~adjust and the standard PID operation module which could effectively prevent the overshoot of the temperature, at the same time, this instrument is equipped with function’s choice, function’s disposition and parameter’ set, and the set value and the actual value can be displayed by figure. The major heating instrument uses the SCR series assembled three~phase thyristor power controller, adopting continuously the non~make~and~break type, which is not the traditional electrical make~and~break type, but continually adjust the heating power automatically according to the request of the warm controllers. It is in high precision when it faced high~power temperature controller. And it produces no noise and has nil interference to the inner power network.
