Tesofensine Citrate is a serotonin-reuptake inhibitor, originally developed for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. According to a report by the researchers at the 16th European Conference on Obesity, tsofloxacin helps obese patients lose weight and reduce the weight of their body's proper parts and appropriate ingredients (fat). Researchers in Denmark have studied the effects of texafenxin on body composition, including body weight, fat weight, waist circumference, sagittal diameter, upper abdominal size. The study was conducted in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of IIb, with 203 men and women with a body mass index of 30 to 40 obese (except for no other disease). After a two-week dietary control and physical exercise lead, they were grouped for 24 weeks with 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1.0 mg dose of tacrolimsin or the corresponding placebo, respectively. The results show that tsofloxacin is very effective in central obesity. Another study showed that low-dose tsofloxacin was safe and effective in treating obesity.
