This system is specially designed for marking on the common piston rings, which is made up of Laser Vibrating Mirror Marking system, Automatic Detection System for Piston Rings and Automatic Feeding System for Piston Rings. It is convenient to change the piston rings (just need to change the front of leader), which is suitable for many kinds of piston rings with high marking speed. Laser markers are set up by self-developed software. You can change characters, the size, or the position by computer.Besides small size, reliability, auto-control, high speed, accurate location and high-quality, Ray-Contact processing, no internal stress, no burrs, no deformation are all its features. The equipment is simple and easy to operate, which can handle Piston Rings automatically without stop and is particularly suitable for marking on the piston rings in bulk.
