230kV Oil Transformer 230-242kV on-load-tap-changing power transformer is made of high-quality silicon-steel sheets, and laminated by steps. The dynamical and thermal stability of this transformer, of which the coils are winded by high-quality oxygen-free copper wire as well as used pre-compressing brackets processes and interior and exterior structure. All high voltage coils are made with several layered bucket structure. • Reasonable structure • New parts and new fixing parts S11-M S9-M Series Entirely Sealed Transformer The transformer is a transformer whose interior is isolated from the air surrounding, so the transformer oil can not absorb the outer moisture and the oxygen since the change of transformer's volume could be fixed with the flexibility of corrugated tank structure. Then the aging speed of insulated material will be decreased. Before running the machine, the work of core suspension checkup is not necessary. S11-M R S9-M Series Coiled core entirely The core is used high conducted silicon steel. After being coiled into sealed frame, then anneal the core. It has big filling coefficient. It is with features like low loss, low noise, and it is also with advanced technology, features, energy saving and environmental protection. It could be widely used in power distribution networks. Main functions and characters: • Coil the core to certain form, no cutting, no seam, big filling coefficient; • Annealing treatment to core; • No seam on the core, decrease largely magnetic resistance, empty loading current is reduced 60-80%; • Continuously coiling uses the advantage of silicon steel, and empty loading is reduced 20-30%; • After being annealed, the core's magnetic conduction feature could recovery to its original level; • Coiled core is no seam and compact, the noise goes down over 10dB. Dry Transformer Features: • High voltage coils are wrapped with Polyester enameled wires, filled with glass fiber, and then resin under vacuum condition. It becomes solid under high temperature. There are two high voltage load switches; terminal and ring which could apply for different distribution network systems. It is compact, and small, cheap, quick to install. It could be used outdoors as well as indoors, for example; residence, airport, apartment, commercial center, mines, hospital and school etc. It could go into the charge center, improve the power supply. It could also satisfy the requirement as the calculation of consummation, reimbursement, low voltage division. It is easy to operate. Amorphous alloy transformer, comparing to the silicon steel S9 series transformers, the empty loading loss decreases 78-80%, empty loading current decreases 50%.
