Detailed Description
Basic configuration BPE/212 Digital microcomputer excitation system is applied in the main excitation whose excitation current is 30A and also suitable in the following two machine brushless excitation system. The two machine excitation system is made up of generator, (rotating) rectifier diode ,main exciter, excitation transformer, excitation controller, controllable rectifier bridge and so on. The excitation controller is the core of the excitation feedback control section. The controllable rectification part is composed by a three-phase full control rectifier bridge consisting of thyristor. BPE/212 is structured by a single cubicle. There are two sets of excitation controllers, two sets high –power rectifier bridges inside and a set of excitation transformer outside. The two sets of excitation regulation and control devices inside it are mutual standby in operation. Moreover, each set of them can meet all the running condition requirement of the generator to excitation including strong excitation. 1.2 The core technologies of the excitation controller are: reasonable differentiation control structure, SOC systematic-class chip technology, TFA high precision, high speed AC sampling technology and network publishing and remote maintenance. Basic operation Memory: 128KW Flash+18KWRAM AVR: 1500MIPS SoC ( inside 32bit DSP) Ultra-Fast ADC:16.7MSPS The overall accuracy of sampling: more than0.05% Single channel analysis speed: faster than 10us Control refresh speed: 1600times/s Pulse generator: full-digital style, angle speed 1600 times /s Control angle A: 0.03 degree/ code (50Hz) Angle rotation range: 10°-140°(the smallest angle can be modified) WinCE operation system Graphical programming language Unique touching screen module, touching without drifting Low-power consumption 32bites ARM chip, ARM920T chip,400MHz Multi-function interface with USB (2G maximum storage space), SDcard, 232 serial communication (2) and so on. System inside storage space: SDRAM64M,NAND FLASH 128M 15 inch HD colorful digital screen, output resolution 1024*768, LED backlight directly support the four -lined resistance touch, accurate and convenient Power output range: 9V~28V Workable temperature: -20oC~+70 oC, storage temperature :-30 oC, The front panel size: 136mm×104mm; The size of installation hole: 126mm×95mm 3 Power supply PEC/2 can operate with both DC and AD. But it can operate well with each of them. under normal circumstance, it operates by the two kinds of electricites. 4、circuit measurement: While operating, the excitation controller gets strong electric signals like 100v/5A or 1A.the problem is that the computer conversion can only deal with weak electric signal less than 3V.But the PEC/2 microcomputer excitation controller can converse the strong electric signal to weak electric signal with the measurement conversion circuit. 5. pulse amplification The 6-phase pulse set off by the CPU of PEC/2 microcomputer excitation controller change into 6-phase double-pulse after amplified by NPN Triode. And then to trigger the thyristor after amplified by the pulse amplification plate of rectifier. 6 . Logic circuit: Software plays a crucial role in microcomputer excitation. Compared to this, its external logic circuit is much easier. First the outside I/O signals are isolated by several 220v DC or 110 DC relays .( signals set off by magnetic switches, main oil-insolated switches ,increase and decrease nodes are all isolated by 220V DC or 110V DC relays due to long distance signal transmission. Meanwhile 220V DC or 110V DC is is beneficial to improve the anti-interference ability ) . the isolated relay nodes will go through DI/DO and then get separated by the light , and finally sent into computer.
