The screw pump is an ideal mud pump to feed drilling fluids for decanter centrifuge since the fluids may flow along with the shaft with a very slow inner flow speed, which will not change the pump's capacity, but will keep the pressure steady so that no vertex or agitation will be produced. Besides, the screw pump can also be used in the drilling waste management for wet mud and cutting transportation.
1. The shaft of the screw pump is made from stainless steel, its whole is also possible to be made of stainless steel.
2. The stator is made of elastomeric material, so it gives the screw pump a more competitive advantage than the other sand pump to transfer the fluids of high viscosity and fluids with hard suspended particles content.
3. The screw pump is of compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance. Rotor and stator are wear parts of this pump, which are convenient to replace.
