400kV monopolar tower 400KV monopolar tower is widely used in oversea market, especially in I European countries market. Since 2008, we had design and supply every type of 400KV double-circuit suspension pylons for our oversea clients. A monopolar tower also belong to lattice tower,both tubular and lattice steel towers can be designed so as to support electrical current. This monopolar tower have simple shape and supports, lower weight and easily installation at site. MEGATRO can optimized design and make 400kV monopolar tower less weight, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of 400KV monopolar tower, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific. Lattices of triangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widely used. After fabrication all 400KV monopolar tower, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
