II. Main frame of a4 paper production machine
1. Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 13.5M, vacuum couch roll Φ650mm headbox (open style), moulding board, scrape water board, stainless steel solder, faceplate box, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate. Suction box: is made of stainless steel solder, faceplate box, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate. Roll: None slot roll with rubber covered, bearing style:1505. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2. Compression part:Φ500mm x 2400mm natural marble stone roller (1pc),Φ450mm x 2400mm rubber roller (1pc),Φ450mm x 2400mm natural marble stone roller (3 pcs),Φ400mm x 2400mm rubber roller (3pcs), rubber hardness HSD 90±2.
3. Dryer part: 1500mm×1950mm alloy dryer can (1pc), 1500mm×1950mm alloy dryer 10 pieces, arrangement: 1+10, Φ450mm x 2400mm secondary cans Pressure roller 1 pc, Φ450mm x 2400m touch roll 1 pc, Pneumatic pressurizing device.
