The specifications of CHUANGJIE laser ceramic imaging technology;
Step1 output the original digital picture to the multi-color laser printer
Step2 print the pictures on stained paper (at the speed of 12pages to 65 pages every minute A4 coverage),
Step3 spray the cover oil on the stained paper
Step4 put it into the water for 15 seconds to 30 seconds
Step5 remove the foil paper, and then post pictures on porcelain plates
Step6 scrape off the water spots and then fire it for 15minutes in the kiln (kee p the temperature from 780 degrees to 830 degrees, centigrade)
Fuji Xerox laser ceramic printers have 5 versions（Cp105b，C1110，C3540，C1256，, C5065）.
Combined with CHUANGJIE laser ceramic imaging technology, the pictures made out have the resolution improved to 2400dpi, with high quality output 256 grayscale, and then can reflect 16.7 million colors exactly. The pictures printed out with CHUANGJIE laser ceramic imaging technology and CHUANGJIE ceramic toners are lifelike, distinct, and resistant to acid and alkali, and never fade even exposed to strong sunshine and heavy rain.
Different from the traditional screen printing and inkjet imaging technology, this kind of printing way can realize single production and small quantity production and high resolution pictures (2400dpi).
It also has the advantages of low cost, simple operation and high speed, and then widely applied to the printing of stained paper and manufacture of characteristic ceramics.
