From the dryer of new high-products paper machine, tons of water vapor evaporates per minute. Hood and exhaust system can gather this vapor and remove it from the workroom. 二、Increase the Dry Capacity and products If evaporated water fails to drain away from pocket effectively, the pocket will become moister, which will limit the dry capacity and products, so it is quite vital to keep every machine well-ventilated. 三、Control Environment The same like that pocket with high humidity effects dry capacity, uneven humidity can cause the change of cross dryness.Additionally,making the quality of paper(such as wrinkles, rotten edges and curls).The perfect coordination of pocket’s ventilation together with hood which ensure environment to be under control, low and balanced humidity as well. 四、Guarantee Paper Stability and improve the Efficiency With the continually increased speed of paper machine, to guarantee paper stability becomes important in the hood design.
