This deep hole drill is in wide applications: It is suitable for processing work pieces of plastic mould industry (including water line hole, ejector pin hole, hot runner and etc), automobile combined parts, connecting rods of bent axle, and hydraulic pipes. CNC deep hole drilling machine features: 1- cast iron is tempered for stress relief to ensure structural stability without deformation. 2- high rigidity and precision ballscrew on three axis, providing powerful torsion and improving the durability, 3- high-quality linear guideway on three axis allow very high speeds and high table load capacity ensure maximum accuracy and durability. 4- AC servo motors are directly connected with ballscrew to allow stable transmission without any backlash, and greatly improves the dynamic rigidity of transmission and rapid feed. 5- powerful spindle servo motor to satisfy processing at high or low speed. 6- auto oil cooing system to ensure the constant temperature during machining.
