Application It is suitable to cut PCB(Printed Circuit Board), LED Aluminum plate/LED strip/LED light bar, and Fiberglass panel/sheet. According to the length your PCB, choose a suitable PCB separator YS-805A for cutting Max. 400mm V-cut PCB YS-805B for cutting Max. 600mm V-cut PCB YS-805C for cutting Max. 900mm V-cut PCB YS-805D for cutting Max. 1300mm V-cut PCB Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm to 3.2 mm Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm Maximun board length: 1300mm(YS-805D) Features 1. Coutrolled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error. 2. Adjustable blade moving speed : 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set. 3. Upper blade can be adjuable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut. 4. Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.Machine can cut boards as long as 600mm 5. Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm . V-groove thickness:0-2mm.Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length. 6. The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times. 7.
