China Melparts Precision Manufacturing Ltd is an ISO9001:2008 certificated manufactory which professionally manufacture the metal parts that are used for all industries, From 2009 year, Melparts started working on develop the weld pins and insulation pins, the former is used for air duct, the latter is used for fasten the insulation sheet on the wall.
In 1993, Melparts was founded in the China first Economic Zone—Shenzhen, which was a family—own company with several equipments mainly manufacture fasteners and metal stampings for the only local customers.
After a few of years, we brought some precision machines and inspection equipments from oversea, from then on, we provide the high quality manufacturing at competitive prices.
Melparts Always regard quality as life since it was established, we always provide best service to develop customers, at 2004 year,Melparts set up an oversea department and pass the ISO certificated, at 2009 year, Melparts Produce many metal parts that are used In HVAC industry, we set up a design department for design the products. Now we are proud to introduce the insulation pins and the weld pins, they are quality goods at low prices.
The insulation pin is designed for replace the traditional insulation pin, it works with a pressure pneumatic riveting gun to make the steel nail into the wall so that insulation sheet is firm on the wall, it improves work fficiency and save much cost.
Weld pin is used for fasten the insulation to the sheet metal of air duct, it can be used by the automated machine and weld gun, now our weld pins are sold to many customers from US and Europe, but we look forward more business cooperation cooperation with customers from all over the world.
