Zhongyuan Lida Railway Track Technology Development Co. Ltd was founded in August, 2006 by Zhengzhou Railway Lida Industry Corporation of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, Henan Zhongji Investment Co., Ltd., Henan Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and Genertec. It's located at No.6, West Jianshe Road, Xingyang, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The company covers an area of 66,000 ㎡ with the building area 30,000 ㎡. The registered capital of Zhongyuan Lida is 100 million Yuan. It is a large railway accessories manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service together with competitive technology, systematic enterprise management, quantitative production capacity, products' quality control system and R&D on new products. Zhongyuan Lida enjoys a higher popularity and good reputation in China's railway construction field.
The company has introduced advanced production equipment, set up complete production system. It owns Germany automatic rail clip production line - KUKA robot, four-location automatic bolt cold heading machine, automatic electrostatic spraying production line, zinc chromate composite coating production line, Italy 3RP CF precise automatic three-axis thread-rolling machine, automatic carburizing heat treatment production line from Taiwan, etc. It owns 117 sets modern production equipment, and more than 30 assistant equipment; the company's annual production capacity is 20 million rail clips, 8 million rail anchor bolts, 20 million screw spikes and 20 million T-bolts, which the supplying consistency reaches 3,000 kilometers annually. Both the production capacity and equipment are domestic leading class.
The company has achieved ISO9000 quality management system certification since established. The complete quality management network has been set up, formulating strict rules, regulations and inspection standards, refining inspection process and the key processes governed by skillful quality management team and inspectors. The whole production process is carried out under strict control to ensure every product is qualified.
Zhongyuan Lida sets up a 3,500 ㎡ provincial-level technical center, including department of R&D, Technology and Quality Assurance. The center has 12 professional labs, one products exhibition room, one technical exchange center and auxiliary equipment for R&D and tests. Our technical center is currently equipped with direct reading spectrometer, electronic universal testing machine, computer carbon-sulfur analyzer, metallurgical microscopy, electronic Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, salt spray cabinet, fluorescent magnetic particle testing machine, mechanical impact testing machine, brittle low-temperature testing machine, weatherometer, akron wearing test machine, electronic-hydraulic servo fatigue test machine and electronic-hydraulic pulse fatigue testing machine which guarantee all tests and inspections of spring strips, bolts, rubber parts, nylon parts, casting parts from raw materials to finished products and fastener system assembly performances.
Zhongyuan Lida keeps product R&D as the driving force of sustainable development, and achieved remarkable results. Besides high-speed railway fasteners, Zhongyuan Lida company has developed kinds of metro fastening systems, which are used on rail turnouts, auto, bridge, steel structure, TBM and Large road maintenance machinery, and casting parts used on track maintenance machinery, lifting equipment, electric power, mine and textile machine, high- speed heavy track fastener, train brake device etc.
The company's rail fastener products have already been supplied to more than 20 railway lines such as Fuzhou-Xiamen line, Ningbo-Taizhou line, Harbin-Dalian line, Shijiazhuang-Wuhan line, Taiyuan-Yinchuan line, Nanjing-Anqing line, and Datong-Xi'an line with a total number of 13 million sets, that is, 3,800 kilometers.
