Global reach
With more than 20 years of manufacturing locomotives, the company is now one of the main suppliers of battery operated locomotives in China, with capacities of 1.5tonne to 65 tonne for rail haulage equipment; and 8 tonne, 12 tonne and 15tonne locomotive for smaller tunnel equipment in the mining and construction sectors. The firm has sold more than 30,000 locomotives for local and international market. About 20 per cent of locomotives and related equipment have been exported to Asia, Europe, Latin-America, Africa, India, Ecuador, Coast Rica……
Shaoli is the only company in China that manufactures locomotive and has in-house manufacture of batteries. It has proprietary technology for IGBT step-less speed regulating systems, hydraulic drive systems, Ac variable frequency converters and other leading technologies.

Battery locomotive
Battery locomotive are available in various models ranging from 2.5tons to 65tons. It is divided into three types: ordinary type, underground explosion-proof, ground engineering vehicles. It has the characteristics of large traction, high speed and strong carrying capacity. The speed regulation mode is three kinds of resistance speed regulation, IGBT chopper speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation. They are used for mining and various tunnel projects and infrastructure site traction.
Trolley locomotive
Trolley locomotives are available in various models ranging from 1.5tons to 152tons. They are used in underground and open pit mine, and have the characteristics of large traction, high speed and strong carrying capacity. The speed regulation mode is three kinds of resistance speed regulation, IGBT chopper speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation. They are mainly used for non-coal mines and various tunnel projects and infrastructure site traction.

Lead-acid battery locomotive
Lead-acid battery locomotive with Ac frequency conversion speed regulation are designed for harsh construction environment such as track conditions, steep slope and humidity, and can be matched with the advanced construction methods of the tunnel to greatly improve the construction efficiency. Its performance indicators are at the advanced level in the industry.
Super capacitor locomotive
Super capacitor locomotive adopts super capacitors as power source. It has the characteristics of short charging time, long service time, good temperature characteristics, energy saving, and environmental protection.
Lithium battery locomotive
Lithium battery locomotive adopts lithium battery as power source. The application of lithium battery on the locomotive effectively solves the problem of frequent charging and insufficient mileage for long tunnel. It has the advantage of non-toxic, non-polluting, good safety performance and long life.

Segment car
Segment cars are mainly used for transportation of segments. The body adopts a “concave” welded steel structure, a rubber anti-slip mat between segment and body is equipped on the body .
Segment cars are available in various in capacity of 12tonne, 15tonne and 36tonne.

Grout car
Grout cars are mainly used for transportation of grout. The running device adopts a two-axle with axle box, it is a bearing mechanical transmission without bogie. The power system adopts two-stage speed reduction box. The stirring shaft system can realize clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The stirring shaft adopts labyrinth seal at both ends of the box body, the sealing is reliable.
Grout cars are available in various in capacity of 5m3, 6m3, 7m3, 8m3,10m3,12m3

Muck car
Muck car is used for the transportation of excavated mud and sand. The running device adopts the structure of two-axle bogie. The bucket has two modes: self-weight turning and auxiliary turning ,which is easy to dump.
Muck cars are available in various in capacity of 8m3, 10m3, 11m3, 12m3, 13m3, 14m3, 15m3, 16m3, 17m3, 18m3.
