Description:
The grapefruit is a sub-tropical citrus tree grown for its fruit. The grapefruit tree itself is a large, shiny gloss-leaved tree, about 10 meters (30 feet. high, with white flowers and large, pale yellow fruit.
Grapefruit Powder is considered rich in antioxidants and is said to have a cleansing and toning effect on the skin. It can be used as part of an acne treatment and skin care products, however it may cause photosensitization. This extract is partially soluble in hydro-alcoholic solutions.
