Detailed Description

The steam generator is the heat transfer facility utilizing hot oil in the boiler It heats water through heat exchange of hot oil and produces saturated steam under certain pressure and temperature. Evaporator can be divided into horizontal and vertical style The lower part of cylinder is placed with water and the upper part is steam space The hot oil flows in and out through the tubes placed in the water space. Part of the produced steam is drawn to steam user from the cylinder top, and the other part turns into water constantly. This facility is one of the shells and tube evaporator that is pressure vessel equipped with security instrument valves. The heat transfer facility featuring simple installation, operation and maintenance could produce certain quality saturated steam safely and reliably.
