The feed screw of CJD50KLL15K vertical screw feeder is controlled by a servo motor, the weighing element is a load transducer, when metering starts, the servo motor rotates at a high speed, the feeder feeds in large quantity, when the feed quantity approaches the set value, the servo motor gradually reduces its speed until it is stopped, thus ensuring metering rate and precision. This machine is widely used for powder metering and packaging of foodstuff, chemical industry, etc.
