Product introduction: At present, in the new energy vehicle environment market, in-vehicle high-voltage cables and supercharging cables have brought different developments to the field of electric vehicle parts.
The high-voltage wires and cables of new energy vehicles are mainly responsible for transmitting current from the battery end to the electric drive and various components, thereby providing a power source for new energy vehicles. The use environment of cables for new energy vehicles is very different from that of ordinary automotive cables. First of all, cables for new energy vehicles need to transmit high voltage and high current, and the voltage range must be 400V-1500V.
Product application standard: In addition to the use of high-voltage cables in the car, the charging piles outside the car also need high-voltage cables. There are actually many design differences between the two. For example, the standards that charging piles meet include CQC1103-1105, CQC1147, DECRA K175, EN50620, IEC62893, UL62, UL2263, GB/T33594, etc. At present, domestic charging cables are mainly based on the GB/T33594 standard. The standards that need to be met in the car include ISO6722, DECRA K179, QC/T1037-2016, CQC1122, LV216, ISO19642, GB/T25085, GB/T25087, etc. Since 2012, the high-voltage wires in the car have used the ISO6722 standard. Now the car manufacturers and cable manufacturers have formulated their own standards.
For example, the 800V high-voltage cable in the entire new energy vehicle industry is mainly divided into cables for charging piles and high-voltage cables in the car according to their uses; in the subdivision of high-voltage cables, they are divided into single-core cables and multi-core cables in terms of type; in terms of structure, they are divided into shielded cables and unshielded cables. Of course, the classification of cables is far more than these, so I won't expand on them here. According to LV216 or ISO19642, on-board high-voltage cables refer to shielded or unshielded single-core and multi-core cables with an operating voltage of 600AC/900DC or 1000AC/1500DC. The cross-section of the conductor is generally 0.5mm²-120mm², and the conductor can be a stranded copper conductor or a stranded aluminum conductor.
