Detailed Description
1.Firm design of valve body   Split type design and forged or cast steel structure are adopted for Saier valves. Wall of housings is thick and complies with ASME B16.34. It has good strength and rigidity, and is able to withstand loads of pipeline and tubing. 2.Four-sided valve seat structure   Four-sided valve seat for fixed ball enables ball body to maintain good self-balance, and good sealing performance in high pressure, low pressure, vacuum state and fluctuated pressure. The eye-catching indication of valve position ensures clear identification of flow direction of media. 3.Valve stem of run resistant structure The conventional top entry structure of valve stem is extremely dangerous for operators, especially for operators with little experience, who may loose bolt for gland cover for loading when the pipeline has pressure, in this condition, valve stem may shoot out of valve body by the pressure of media, resulting in casualty of people and serious economic loss. Valve stem of internal entry structure is adopted for Saier four-way valve, in consideration of run resistant structure. Whether the valve has pressure or not, in case bolt for loading is loosen, valve stem won’t run out. 4.Design of locking function preventing false operations Locking device is set at the two limit converting positions of Saier manual valve, which prevents false operation of valves. This is very crucial for important chemical technical process and the valves mounted outdoors. 5.Electrostatic resistant design When valve is operated, electrostatic power will be produced and accumulate on the ball due to the abrasion between ball and valve seat. To prevent electrostatic spark, electrostatic resistant device is set on the valve, which discharges the electrostatic power produced in the course of opening and closing. The valve of this design can effectively prevent accidents by gasoline, natural gas or propane of low ignition point.
