Unique leakproof structure of valve seat Double-line sealing valve seat designed by combination of many years’ ball valve manufacturing experience and advanced technology from home and abroad ensures reliable leakproof structure of valve. Professional processing of valve seat enables abrasion coefficient of valve seat to be low and operation torque of valve to be small. Handle indicating on/off state of valve Flat square structure is adopted for the head of valve stem which enables the correct connection with the handle and ensures the handle to be in the same direction with flow hole of the ball. When the handle is horizontal with pipeline of the valve, the valve is in the state of opening, when the handle is vertical with pipeline of valve, valve is in the state of closing. Lock device To prevent false operations of valve switch and improper actions by unpredictable vibration of the line, lock hole is set on the full open and full close position of the valve, and the valve can be locked with a lock. Especially this locking device is uniquely advantageous when the valve is installed outdoors or on the production line of flammable petroleum or chemicals. Run resistant structure of valve stem When the pressure in the inner cavity of the valve increases, pressure in the middle cavity of the valve may push the valve stem out. To prevent this condition, shaft collar is set at the lower part of the valve stem,which is set into the valve stem from inside of the valve to prevent the valve stem from running off. This is easier and safer for changing filling materials. Meanwhile, in case of fire, pressure of media enables flange of valve stem to contact with sealing surface of the valve, prevent media from leaking out of damaged loading part, and attain the purpose of instantaneous sealing. Electrostatic resistant design When valve is operated, electrostatic power will be produced and accumulate on the ball due to the abrasion between ball and valve seat. To prevent electrostatic spark, electrostatic resistant device is set on the valve, which discharges the electrostatic power produced in the course of opening and closing. The valve of this design can effectively prevent accidents by gasoline, natural gas or propane of low ignition point. Leakproof structure between middle flange( joint between valve and left body Joint between valve body and left body is sealed by washer. To prevent leakage of this part out of fire, high temperature or vibration, a flange of fixed opening is formed by contact of valve body and left body, metal against metal, which ensures no leakage Fire prevention structure In case of accidents, non-metal materials like valve seat and filling will be burnt out, and a lot of leaking media will accelerate the fire. The fire prevention structure of the valve can stop media from leaking. In the fire, all exposed parts are designed to contact with metal which satisfies the requirements of fire discharging. As the illustration shows, once the valve seat is burnt, the ball will contact the metal surface directly under pressure, which stops media from leaking out of burnt valve seat.
