Detailed Description
GTPD-2013 is specially designed for the qualitative detection of partial discharge of the medium voltage and high voltage electrical apparatus, such as transformers, GIS. It can visually analyze the severity of partial discharge and measure the degradation of internal insulation. Through this, the maintenance personnel can find the insulation degradation timely in the electrical apparatus and take corresponding measures, thus the serious problems such as short-circuit can be avoided. The GTPD-2013 partial discharge detector adopts currently popular method like ultra-high frequency and ultrasonic to detect the partial discharge. Through the outer UHF antenna receiving GIS internal partial discharge radiation,ultra-high frequency and ultrasonic signals, the weak partial discharge signals produced within the device can be detected effectively. PD-UAE uses the ultra-high frequency as the main detecting method and ultrasonic as the auxiliary method. Main Characteristics:  Single-channel design: UHF sensor or ultrasonic sensor can be connected.  Portable design: The maintenance personnel can carry it and implement the detection process of partial discharge alone.  Simple operation: The whole detection can be easily completed through the hot key on the equipment, which is convenient for the field personnel to use.  Intelligent diagnosis of partial discharge will be carried on automatically and in real time and the test result can be displayed on the screen.  It is possessed with the ability to measure and store data continuously and the data can be derived by means of USB disk.  In the process of detecting, it can display the trend chart of discharge rate, Q-N-Φchart( PRPD). The experienced personnel can clearly observe the characteristic of time-domain and phase-region of the partial discharge, thus the severity and type of partial discharge can be judged
