This machine can be used in surface treatment of metal alike films on plastics, ceramics, glass, resin, candle and metal. Main Configuration: (1) Vacuum chamber: vertical type, double door, made of high quality carbon steel or s/s; (2) Vacuum system: consist of high vacuum valve, high vacuum diffusion pump, roots pump, rotary piston pump rotary-vane vacuum pumps; (3) Evaporation system use two sets copper poles and power to heat tungsten wire; (4) Use one fast cycle water vapor cryopump ; (5) Cooling system: there is a water pressure alarm device on this machine; (6) The control system (touch screen + PLC) displays detailed parameters at real time and controls the entire production process fully automatically under automatic running mode.
