Detailed Description
We mainly produce biomass pellet making line machines such as wood logs debarking machine , we logs splitter, wood chipper, hammer mill ,straw bale crusher, grass cutter, pellet machine and briquette machine, pellet cooler, mixer, screener ,pellet packing machine and all conveyors e.c.t , for small pellet machine, details as below :
1. Small pellet machine can press 4-6mm diameter biomass fuel, animal feed and fertilizer pellets from biomass waste, raw materials such as biomass from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, lucerne ,paper e.c.t animal feed materials such as soybean, maize, grain e.c.t .fertilizer materials such as animal manure, plant waste and so on.. Last pellet length can be adjusted.
2. Small pellet machine adopts Germany high technology ,which is our national patent product. the flat die has the unique advantages to produce larger pressure than ring die pellet machine ,in this way rollers and bearings are both enlarged , which can produce larger pressure. for ring die pellet machine, its ring die is restricted by its diameter, rollers can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass waste, their adhesive is very low and needs high pressure to press good pellets, so flat die pellet machine is more fit .
3.Small pellet machine can make biomass pellets as burning fuel and make animal feed or make fertilizers for farm use. the engine can be changed into both diesel or el motor. Very convenient to operate.
4. Small pellet machine have one flat die and two rollers inside , when working, the flat die move round and then take rollers round, but the whole roller assemble will keep stable, in this way will keep all materials pulsed in the center , increasing pressing efficiency
