Description: Single bag batching and blending system is the patents of SANNONG; it features that one batch blending for one bag, each time can be blended 20kg to 50kg by according to your requirements, combine with good quality and homogeneous mixtures. It also solves the segregation phenomenon of bulk blend fertilizer and improves the batching precision. It is the specialized equipment for BB fertilizer production which combines the auto batching blending and packaging in integration. This production line is characterized by full automatic, high precision, high speed, small floor space and easy operation and maintenance, low cost investment; it is used stainless steel with strong anticorrosive capability and long service life. Blending capacity: Range from 20kg/bags to 50kg/bag. And overcomes the segregation induced by the differences in materials specific gravities and gallantries in the flowing down process ,which improve the precision of batching and packaging ,and reduce the content loss of BB fertilizer (for other equipments, an additional 0.5 content is often needed).Also, This system can fulfill automatic batching and blending many kinds of materials. In addition, because of its small size, reasonable structure, small floor space and convenient operation, investment of warehouse is also reduced. Cost Save Duo to advanced technologies and reasonable structure the system has low equipment power(less than 12KW) and energy consumption (electricity consumption is in the range of 0.3-0.5 Kwh for one ton fertilizer production). And also it can save the manpower (normally need 4 to 6 workers excluding transport) and bring down the production cost.
