Description: The computerized automatic pillow filling machine line can be used for sleeping pillow, cushion, sofa, chair pads etc. The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length. It can be used for normal PSF fiber & micro fiber opening & filling. Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire. The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with easy operation We produce our machines by Australia safe standard All electricity key pars adopt Siemens brand which is very stable and local service will support you. Main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine, so the quality is stable without any transmutation. Good dynamic balance processing ensures the machine running without shaking & noise.
