Dongguan Jili Wire Electronics has been engaged in the production of hook-up wires, AC/DC power cords, shield wires, flat cables and various connectors of electric equipment for over 10 years. These products are widely used in electric, electric equipment and toy industries. Moreover, they are compliant with RoHS and REACH standards.
We have been engaged in developing the human resource, leading in the advanced machines and with the emphasis on science and technology ratio of product since our establishment. Our six production lines manned by 100 to 149 workers in our 3,500-square-meter factory can turn out 15 million meters of electronic lines and 10 million pieces of terminal lines monthly. All our processes from extrusion, line cutting, crimping terminal at ends, injection molding, electric testing and packing are all done in-house. Moreover, our five R&D engineers with 10 years of experience can release 10 new models monthly to keep your selection updated. They also design and produce samples according to clients' requirements in 15 to 20 days.
We have 15 stable suppliers, some of whom have been working with us for 12 years. Our raw materials such as copper come from Chile and mainland China, and plastic from Taiwan and mainland China.
