Detailed Description
1. System integration technology. We focus on the integration between system components. We offer turn-key systems. We are among the few companies in the world with an integrated electronic control system design including drying, weighing, mixing, extruding, tooling, hauling, surface treatment, etc.

Integrated machine layout and feature. Our design principle is the optimization of the whole system, not just some components.
We install at our plants all the WPC, PVC system machinery, testing, training, and running acceptance before the system leaving our plants.
We have over 23 years WPC, PVC research and development experience and abilities to lead in the WPC, PVC technology on the world stage.
2. International competition-oriented. We work closely with customers to reduce costs from every aspect in technology, system, product design, regional market and customer needs, investment and operation.
3. WPC material technology. We have developed formulations to make various composite products, bonding dissimilar wood flour or other natural fibers with plastics. We also study and use the best formulations out of public domain literature, which is the most mature, least risky, and most economical. We have utilized a wide range of raw materials, including wood fiber, rice hull, cotton stick, hemp, baggase, PE, PP, ABS, and PVC. We can make solid, high density solid, foamed, and co-extruded WPC.
4. Computerized industrial-scale and high output machinery. We are the first and only company in the world to use computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to develop our machinery, including extruders and dies. Our machine can make WPC, PVC products at profitable speeds, at the lowest cost and highest tolerance and quality. Our systems make products up to five times faster than others’ systems. We always consider the interaction between extruder screws and dies, design and manufacture them together.
Our extruders are specially designed for WPC, not copied from PVC extruder, or other existing machine. Therefore, our extruders have higher output rates than competitors, more stable for WPC.
Our vacuum venting with leaking proof system for our extruders can guarantee the stable operation of the system.
Our WPC mixing system is unique in the world in polyolefin based WPC, which mixes precisely at high speed and can reduce significantly the usage of additives so that our customers can reduce production costs.
5. World’s largest wood-plastic composite conical twin screw extruder: FCTSE 98/206 and L/D of 30 (with respect to the smaller diameter). The specially designed and patent pending extruder is specially designed to suit volatile WPC compound during extrusion, and special vacuum venting to prevent leaking from vents. Our conical twin screw extruder 92/188 outperform other similar type and size extruder by 25%.
6. Processing technology. We have processed various products with different raw materials, including solid, hollow, open profile, foaming and co-extrusion, wood flour, fiber, ricehull, baggase, natural fibers, PE, PP, ABS, and PVC. We have spent significant time and effort to develop each and every product and material in great detail before we pass it on to our customers
7. CAE extrusion die technology. We have applied CAE tools to make high speed and high precision dies, including solid, foamed, co-extruded, deck, post, handrail, pallet, window and door profiles, and TPE automotive dies. We have achieved high-speed extrusion with tight tolerances.
8. Product development technology. We have applied our expertise and experience to develop composite products to meet customer and market needs. Our multi-disciplinary engineering teams develop products concurrently. We analyze the pros and cons of each technical design, conducting experiments to ensure optimal results. We rapidly develop new products. We have been developing extruded, injection molded, blow molded, co-extruded and co-blow molded WPC products for America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia, and Africa. We understand different markets’ needs.
9. New development. We continue to work closely with our customers after the system is operational. We focus on continuous development of new technology and products, and can pass them to our customers, allowing them to concentrate their efforts on production and marketing.
