Product Description The LTS-350 system is used for cold roller texturing processing , meet the demand of temper mill ,skin-pass mill ,rolling mill ,Roller of last for Continuous mill and all kinds of the working Roller texturing etc. Roller texturing has high efficiency ,long service lifetime ,low running cost ,laser texturing process has no pollution ,low noise and it is a new type roller texturing technology ,it can replace the traditional shot blast texturing ,electro-discharge texturing. Product Feature Equipment and technology is stable and reliable ,simple operation and high processing quality .Laser texturing Roller surface has high hardness, service lifetime is several times higher than the electro-discharge .Laser texturing processing has well-repeatability ,controllable texturing form, meet the demand of various plates . The laser texturing plate is similar to the electro-discharge plate, complete irregular, surface structure is irregular pitting. Furthermore the deep drawing, elongation of the plate significantly better than the electro-discharge plate.
