1. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom adopts two strong sides- box- type loom frame to increase the support strength of spacer, which guarantees for weaving high density, wide width fabric in high speed with low vibration and low noise.
2. The rockshaft use solid spindle to raise mid-support and upgrade the beating-up's exactitude and strength in high speed.
3. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom uses super start motor to get high quality in the 1st weft, which can avoid stop.
4. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom uses big torque electromagnetic brake to enhance braking force.
5. The start model can choose as follow: Empty Beating-up Starting. Single Weft Insert Starting, Fast Weft Insert Starting.
6. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom adopts Servo electronic let off and Servo electronic take up. Positive pacing warp device can keep warp tension constant.
7. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom can be configured negative cam, positive cam, and electronic dobby shedding mechanism for weaving light and heavy muslin, twilled, satins, and jacquard fabric to meet all kinds of requirements.
8. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom combines main nozzle and sub nozzle, which can get high yarn speed even in low air pressure and better for high speed weft insertion. Users can individually set the jet time of main nozzle, the sub nozzle and drag nozzle, which can improve the accuracy of weft insertion and expanding the weaving scope and reduce the air consumption.
9. The ultra short air line and the support control design of sub nozzle reduce about 10% air consumption.
10. SXD-528 High Speed Air Jet Loom adopts double probes, besides detect short filling picks or curved, it also can detect blown-off-weft or Long weft.
11. Using digitally-controlled potentiometer to adjust the weft test sensitivity and improve the reliability of weft detector.
