A leader in providing scan/camera input solutions for handheld devices,the subsidiary company of Hotcard Technology Pte Ltd in Xiamen, China, who is a pioneer in the development of compact sized, multilingual (English, Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese) and high accuracy OCR, business card recognition, ScanPen input recognition technology and Scan/Camera Input applications for PC, scanners, handheld devices, digital camera and education toy.
We are a spin-off from the largest IT research lab in South Asia --- LIT, with Technology and Research Board of Singapore Agency for Science, (A-Star) as one of our major shareholder. We aim to give people a brand new and efficient way to solve their input bottleneck problems of handheld devices.
Prior to Singapore-based Hotcard Technology Pte Ltd's establishment on Dec 2000, the principals of the company have spent over 9 years researching compact sized multilingual Optical Character Recognition core technology and its related technical application, which includes:

Business Card Recognition(BCR) for Windows and Pocket PC/WinCE
* ScanPen for Scan-Text-Input, Scan-Translate, Scan-Pronounce and Scan-Transfer
