Composition of vacuum system Vacuum system is a part used to measure and control vacuum degree, including vacuum measurement system and vacuum obtaining unit. The vacuum pump is 2XZ-15B (theoretical pumping speed: 15L/s) direct rotary vane vacuum pump manufactured by Shanghai First Company.
