The ND:YAG crystal’s wave length is 808nm. Use semiconductor laser diode to pump the crystal and to make YAG stick generate a lot of reverse particles. These particles will form giant pulse laser beam with the wave length of 1064nm under the action of Q switch. After beam expansion and focusing, the output laser beam is achieved marking through deflecting by the control scanner. This technique is a breakthrough change in the field of laser marking. This laser features the advantages of low energy consumption, high electro-optical efficiency, stable laser output mode, high reliability, small size, effective marking results and no consumables. The whole machine is designed with integration in accordance with the ergonomic theory and it features graceful in shape and is easy to operate.
