1.Product introduction:
The equipment productivity is 90m3/h,concrete discharge height is 3.8m,can mix various types of concrete,is large and medium sized commercial concrete production plant,concrete precast plant and medium scale construction,water and electricity,roads,ports,bridges and other projects the ideal equipment.
2.Work flow:
HLS90 concrete batching plant is my factory developed by the two order type concrete batching equipment,it is the set of material storage,metering,mixing in one of the large concrete mixing equipment.The top of the device is provided with an aggregate storage bin,can store a tank metering fine aggregate.Ground storage bin can store four kinds of aggregate,the belt scale cumulative metric,metric fine aggregate by inclined belt conveyor to the equipment at the top of the storage hopper,powder silo in the powder through the screw conveyor to the device at the top of the powder hopper.Water,liquid admixture pump through to the equipment at the top of the metering hopper.
3.Features:
The building adopts the electronic balance measurement,JS1500 with shaft mixer as supporting host,with high precision measuring,concrete mixing quality is good,has the advantages of high speed.The device is controlled by a microcomputer,with a screen display,storage,gap automatic compensation function,and equipped with a separate manual system,can realize the mixing process manual,automatic control.In addition,the device is also provided with a printer and advanced management system,to realize the entire equipment centralized control,overall management.
4.Form:
By the belt conveyor,cement silo cement tank screw conveyor,PLD twin shaft mixer,batching machine,intelligent computer control room and metering system and other components.
