Detail Company Introduction
We are specialized in the manufacture of processing equipment and tooling mould of copper tube. We have machining workshop equiped with more than 30 furnitures containing highly accurate tooth machining unit, CNC lathe, precision grinding machine and advanced WEDM-LS machine, and heat treatment workshop provided with 6 furnitures containing vaccum harden furnace, temper furnace, anneal furnace and so forth. We also have laboratory equiped with scleroscope, metallographic specimen polising machine, metalloscope and ultrasonic fault detecter. We have more than 60 members of staff, 16 of them are engineers and technicians, 10 of them are senior engineers.
The main products of our company are pointing press, roll, mandrel, roll shaft, roll shaft sheath, tension bar, tension bar sheath, screwdown screw, clamp, clamping roll, tooling roll and so on.
