Usage L - glutamic acid is mainly used in the production of monosodium glutamate, spices, as well as a generation of salts, nutritional supplements and biochemical reagents.L - glutamic acid itself can be used as a drug, involvement of brain protein and glucose metabolism, promote oxidation process, the product with ammonia synthesis in vivo knot non-toxic glutamine, make blood ammonia decreased hepatic coma, relieve symptoms.
