This equipment applies to training assessment of the machine tool electrical part in the beginner, intermediate and advanced skill identification of maintenance electrician（electrician）. II. Function Features 1. M7475B surface grinder simulation semi-real object model refers to the actual size of M7475B surface grinder, it reduce the size in accordance with a certain protection. 2.The operation of electrical part in this equipment can realize various motion control of M7475B surface grinder, it include: grinding wheel start-stop, reciprocating movement of work bench, heaving motion of grinding carriage, cooling pump start-stop, limitation protection of extreme position. 3.All the junction of machine tool electrical circuit has relative test point on the equipment panel, in order to make the students test fault easily. 4.The voltage level of motor on the semi-real object model is the same as the actual machine tool. 5.The body of the semi-real object machine tool uses castings, it is shaped by special mould at a time, transmitted by ball-screw, the hand wheel use actual machine tool component which close to the real machine tool. 6.All the parts of semi-real object machine tool use different colors, the students can understand and accept more easily. 7.The surface of mobile guide rails of semi-real object machine tool use high frequency hardening technology, which makes the equipment durable. 8.There are 32 switches in the fault-box of control screen, the students can set relevant fault point through drawing out the fault switches.
