Detailed Description

MFB-series fluidized beds are multi-functional fluidized bed processing facilities by absorbing the techniques of the same type of equipments from abroad. It is designed for integrating drying, pelletizing and coating materials within only one piece of equipment. Three kinds of processes (top-spraying, bottom-spraying and tangential spraying) can be achieved by altering different fluidized bed installations according to different processing aims, while the other functional systems can be shared (air processing system, frame components, fluid system, air supply system, control system). Different structures of the fluidized bed are the core technologies for different equipments. And the fluidization of material and jetting mode of the liquid are the substantial differences among the three processes. For bottom-spraying and tangential spraying operations with larger quantities, the use of multi-nozzle devices is necessary to improve production efficiency.
