Detailed Description

Introduction Fill the material chute with powder materials and spray appropriate amount of atomized serofluid on them. Because of the binding effect of the serofluid, the powder can be bonded mutually to form tiny pellets, which is so called “master batch making”. Feed the material chute with dried and screened “Rough Pellets” and then spray the atomized serofluid and add the powder in a certain proportion. The rough pellets are expanded accordingly and the well-conglobated pellets are available in time. Feed the material chute with finished pellets and then spray appropriate amount of atomized coating liquid, in this way uniformly-distributed coating membrane can be made. Features: No special requirement for the auxiliary materials. Multilayer controlled-release pellet-making is possible. The pellets are well-conglobated and easier to be absorbed. “Master batch making”, “pellets-making” and “coating” are integrated together. Specially-made tabulator block and baffled plate make it possible to improve the trajectory of materials and the qualified rate of products. Screw type powder feeder makes the powder-feeding more continuous and stable with its bridge breaker device. Manual spiral riser can ensure the accurate position and safety. Touch screen & PLC operating system; frequency converter is stepless speed regulating. Well-equipped interlock protection.
