Introduction Soft materials are conveyed into the extrusion bin under the force of the screw feeder. After being extruded by the extruder, the materials then run through the orifice, and compact and irregular cylindrical extrudates are formed. Columned materials are cut by the snaggleteeth in the centrifugal rotary table into identical short cylindrical granules (in proportion with the diameter of the column). Because of the comprehensive effects of the centrifugal force, the friction among granules, fluted disc, and inner wall, as well as the air driving force between the rotary table and cylinder, all the granules, under the three-dimensional spiral rolling movement, are instantly rounded into pellets by the uniform kneading effect. Features Continuous operation, high efficiency. Uniform extruding, good density, and high rate of finished products. Multi-aperture mesh board makes it possible to extrude out 0.5mm-3.0mm cylindrical extrudates. Compared with single screw extruder, radial screw extruder lays less pressure upon materials with less friction and strengthens the plastic deformability of extruded materials. In this way the thermo-sensitive materials can get instant and afebrile extrusion. The finished pellets are well conglobated with a sleek surface, the compositions of the rounded particle are uniformly distributed. Some optional devices are available according to the materials’ feature and technical requirements: material chute with cooling jacket or heating jacket, orthogonal rotary table or radial rotary table, anti-sticking wear-resistant rotary table, spraying prilling device, etc.
