Detailed Description

Application It applies to mixing of powders as well as granulation of powder and binding agent in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, etc. Features With consistent programmed technology ( man-machine interface----option), the machine can get assured of stability in quality, as well as easy manual operation, for convenience of developing the technological parameters and process. Adopt frequency speed adjustment to control the stirring blade and cutter, easy to control the size of particles. With the rotating shaft hermetically filled with air, it can prevent all dust from compact. It has the function of automatic cleaning. With a structure of conical hopper tank, all materials can be in uniformly mixed. The tank is laid with an interlayer on the bottom, in which water cooling circulation system featuring higher thermostatic performance than air cooling system is furnished, which leads to improve the quality of particles. It has the function of automatic lifting of the pot cover. The tank outlet matches with drying devices, self-equipped arm-ladder is provided for large machine types, and it is easy to operate. It is provided with lifting system for stirring blades, which is more advantageous to wash the blade and the pot body. The discharge outlet is arc-shaped, avoiding dead spaces.
