The forming-cutting machine works on the principle of vacuum hot-compression forming. The roll material will be pre-heated, formed, cooled and cut into single blister. It’ s designed with the integration of machine, electricity and gas. It is controlled by PLC man-machine interface system and it is easy to operate. The time of heating, forming and transportation can be enforced by stepless speed regulation. It has such advantages as high speed of forming and cutting. Since the machine adopts the fully closed structure, it’ s safe to operate.
