This production line is available in large quantity paperboard automatic production, which can produce corrugated paperboard as international standard with high quality, and adopted concentrated control, operarated and repaired easily, safe and reliable, reducing manpower largely, This production line adopts international latest energy saveing technology ,with high-temperature heat-conducting oil to heat, which can save 40 percents energy than other heating style, So this can reduce energy largely. It's an economic and ideal production , suitable for middle or large paperboard company.
1. Total Length: 40-55m

3. Two kind of stand with shaft and stand without shaft, provide the customer with the choice.
4. Corrugated paperboard machine: diameter of corrugated roller: 240-320mm, adopt electromagnetic speed-adjusting moter.
5. Double cylinder gum mounting marchine: On the adoption, inside two layers draw the gun, dascend to carry the paper lead the paper roller.
6. Oven: total length 7.8m, combined with 9-13 heating planks.
7. shaping Part: total length 3.8-5m, combined weith some pairs of shaping shafts.
8. Horizontal,Lengthways slicing marchine: can choose common knife machine or superthin knife machine as customer's demand,high automatically, easy to operate.
9. Boiler is no-press and saving-energy style, consumption of coal 50kg/h, it is not more than 1 hour from heating machine to start running the machine,almost no oil consumption.
