Brief Introduction This equipment applies to SMT production of manual printer. It uses screen leak board as template, and then presses solder paste、adhesive or other dense materials on to the assembled circuit board precisely according to the template figure in order to be used to the sticky piece of back-way and sealing. This printer also can be adjusted conveniently. It applies to the mixed circuit, printing of paste. Features a) Y direction of Worktable 、X screen frame and whirly direction、the distance between the screen frame and worktable can be adjusted to achieve exact contraposition of the screen leak board and circuit. b) There are two methods of locating strip and locating pin to locate printing board on the worktable. It uses vacuum adsorption to clamp to ensure non-motion of workpiece in the soldering. c) Flexible operation, convenient usage. It is a desired tool instead of manual binding and soldering paste, achieving a little batch production and improving technical consistency.
