RFS series High Speed Feeder Machine has below features: Equipment parameters: 1. Wide range select 2. Roll width: 100 ~ 700mm 3. Material thickness: 0~3.5mm 4. Feed length: 50~300mm 5. Material line height: 55~190mm 6. Tons of punching machine: 5~110tons 7. Machine weight: 64~180kg Specification features: 1. Precision: Depends on feed length of stock and strokes of press, generally the accuracy is within. If guide pin used for location, the accuracy can be better up to +/-0.01mm. 3. Model: a) Single type: It is suitable for thick coiling (thickness is above 0.15mm), single process punching or multi-process punching products b) Multi-type: It is suitable for short or thin coiling (thickness is less than 0.15mm), single process punching or multi-process punching products. Structure features: 1. Unilateral bearing Enchased cemented carbide alloy, and equip with roller bearing, it have good abrasive resistance, stability, accuracy and long lifetime. The gear is hardened to HRC60 after heat treatment and grounded to the best transmission accuracy. 2. Roller The roller is light and lower turning inertia with hollow design. It can stop quickly and have high feed accuracy. The gear is hardened to HRC60 after heat treatment and grounded for the best rigidity, durability and wearability. 3. Disk Brake Apply best brake lining disc for best accuracy, durability and stability. 4. The anti-reversing device a) The structure is same as unilateral bearing. It can control the down roller accurately and prevent the roller reversing even for long time. Thus it can improve the stability and accuracy. b) The brakes will not out of control by the splashed waste oil with the anti-reversing device. Generally the waste oil will cause the down roller reverse when the press machine is punching. c) It will not cause high heat. d) Best wearability with cemented carbide alloy and roller. e) The working method is circular moving, and not like guiding by 4pcs pin in straight line moving. So it will not be blocked. f) With lower friction the torsion it required will be reduced correspondingly, so the transmission device will have longer lifetime. g) High productivity. The speed with anti-reversing device can be reached to 30m/min. In general it is 20M/min. Efficiency can be increased about 50%. h) Special structure brings long lifetime.
